This agreement is between the client booking the photography session (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"), and Lost Adventurers Photography, herein after referred to as the "Photographer"
The full session fee is due on signing this agreement. You have 14 days to cancel this agreement in writing, after which the session fee is considered is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Entire Agreement: This agreement contains the entire understanding between the Client and the Photographer.
Cooperation: The Client and the Photographer consent to happily cooperating and communicating with each other to achieve the best possible result within the understanding of this contract.
Copyright Law: The copyright of photographs remains with the Photographer. The Photographer grants the Clients permission to make copies of the images under the following conditions. The images taken by the Photographer are for personal use by the Clients and their friends and relatives. Sale, Publication or any Commercial use of the photographs is not allowed without prior written permission from the Photographer. Alternation of any images handed to the client is strictly forbidden by anyone other than the original photographer, you may not pass copies of any images to any other professionals without the prior consent of your photographer, and then if permission is granted only small file watermarked versions can be shared and the said professionals must link back to http://lostadventurersphotography.zenfolio.com
You will be provided with Large full resolution .jpeg images for printing, please do not crop or alter these images in any way, and any images that are shared online must be linked back to RAW images will remain the property of the photographer and cannot be transferred to the client or purchased.
and additional viewing appointments will incure a £75 fee.
Online proofing may also be available in the event an in person ordering session is not possible to schedule but is the decision of Lost Adventurers Photography. Online ordering galleries will only be available for fourteen (14) days, and all orders and payments must be received within two (14) days. After the expiration of the two (2) days, the online gallery will expire and a re-hosting charge of £50 will be added to your final payment if you cannot order within that time. The re-hosting charge will allow for an additional 5 days to place your order. No orders will be processed without having received payment in full for the order.
Editing Your photographer is allowed to have full artistic licence with editing and any images that are chosen to be edited in black and white cannot be converted back to colour, you can request black and white versions of any colour images but these will count as re-edits and thus chargeable, it is against copyright law for you to change these images to black and white yourself. Alternation of any images handed to the client is strictly forbidden by anyone other than the original photographer, If any re-edits are required after images are handed over 2 images can be re-edited free of charge after the 2 I charge £50 for each additional image to be re-edited.
Retouching It is not possible for your photographer to know how you prefer to look, and as a lifestyle photographer I am shooting you in a natural manner in your home, I can not spend the time in your shoot adjusting your hair or clothing to ensure it is perfect to you as every person prefers something different, please ensure you look the way you would like to in the photos before I take them as I can only re edit 2 free of charge after the shoot.
Sale Items Lost Adventurers Newborn Photography reserves the right to reduce the cost of sessions or digital files at times throughout the year as an "offer" or "sale" if you have paid full price for a session or digital files at another date it is not possible to then receive the discounted price for items previously purchased at an earlier date, this includes (but not limited to) gift vouchers and advance bookings.
Limit of Liability: If a photographer is too ill or becomes injured and cannot attend your session another alternative date can be arranged, and the photographer cannot be held liable for any loss of earnings incurred for missed sessions and will reschedule to a session that suits the client.
Cancellation: In the event of the Client cancelling the session for whatever reason the booking fee of £75 non-refundable. It will be considered as liquidated damages to the Photographers, if the session is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice the full balance is retained to cover the loss of bookings for that date.
Proofing Session & Print Orders:
If your package includes product, you will make your choices on those items at this time. This proofing session will last approximately 1 hour. During the proofing session, you will view images on a computer and/or printed proofs. By ordering prints you accept that the prints will look like the images you viewed in your proofing session and Lost Adventurers Photography will require you to order your products via the online shop to that effect before placing any print order. Additional family members are welcome to attend the proofing session to assist in the ordering and to order for themselves. To avoid confusion, please group all family orders (grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc) into the order under the client’s name. At delivery the client is responsible for dispensing orders. All print orders must be placed at the time of your proofing session. PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. It is recommended that you prepare lists of the types and quantities of prints that you expect to order prior to the session given the time limit. While you are free to add items to your order, any removal of items in this order, once you have left the studio, will incur a £50.00 fee which will be billed at the time your portraits arrive. Canvas print orders are final once placed. After date of your proofing session, all ordered images will be archived for three months and unordered images will be purged. Images can be unarchived with a minimum order of £300.00. We have understood the contents of this contract and agree to the terms therein. For online orders you are agreeing that the print will look like the image you have viewed on the screen
Completed print orders may be picked up during normal business hours. You will be notified when your prints are ready and, at that time, you will be provided with alternative times to pick up your photographs. While we anticipate that print orders will be filled in approximately 2 weeks, Lost Adventurers Photography makes no guarantees in this regard. Rush orders can be placed for an additional charge of £50.
Lost Adventurers Photography’s liability for its provision of products and services hereunder shall be limited to the amounts paid to Lost Adventurers Photography hereunder. Lost Adventurers Photography is not responsible or liable for any failure to provide any services due to any act of God, weather event, act of government or any other occurrence, act or event which is outside of Lost Adventurers Photography’s exclusive control. In addition, Lost Adventurers Photography shall not be responsible for equipment failure or the failure of any software or other computer or electronic medium which results in any damage to any proofs, negatives, prints or photos or which result in the inability to print or duplicate any of the foregoing. In the event of a camera or computer malfunction Lost Adventurers Photography’s liability will be limited to a retake of the session whenever possible or a refund of the session fee if images can not be retaken. If the session fee must be refunded, Lost Adventurers Photography will have no further obligation. You agree to be responsible for any damage occurring to any of Lost Adventurers Photography’s equipment or property during or as a result of the event or the actions of any session attendees, or as a result of any condition or occurrence at an on-location session which results in damage, other than damage which results solely from Lost Adventurers Photography’s negligence.
If you are not satisfied with your images through the fault of the Photographer, your images will be retaken. Notice of dissatisfaction must be received in writing within one week of receipt of images or upon receipt of product in order to receive a refund or replacement. Photographer is not responsible for dissatisfaction due to circumstances beyond our control.
While Lost Adventurers Photography strives to provide its clients with the utmost in photography services, Lost Adventurers Photography is, first and foremost, an art studio with an established style and reputation. While Lost Adventurers Photography regularly works with its clients to deliver photographs which will meet their individualized needs, Lost Adventurers Photography reserves the right to exercise full artistic control over the nature, number and types of pictures it shoots.

If you want to cancel your contract with Lost Adventurers Photography, please email email@example.com for the cancellation form, this must be done in writing within 14 days of agreeing to the terms and conditions in this contract.
If you wish to cancel the contract after 14 days the booking fee is non-refundable,
If the contract is cancelled in the last 24 hours prior to the session date non of the balance shall be refunded and the full amount remains with the photographer, the session can however be rescheduled and the booking fee is transferable ***
